This page covers lineledger.ca, lineledger.com and lineledger.co.uk — the marketing sites, including the one you are reading right now, and nothing else.
We do not run a hosted version of LineLedger. The software runs on infrastructure you control, so your accounting data has no sub-processors on our side: we never receive it, store it, or pass it to anyone. Every provider listed below touches only what you deliberately send to this website — a page view, a contact-form message, a feature request.
If you have configured your own install to use a mail provider, an object store, a payment processor, or an AI provider, those are your vendors under your agreements, and we have no visibility into them.
Providers used by this website
Each provider below is bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations and may use information only to provide services to us. See our Privacy Policy for what is collected and why.
Hosting and delivery
- Fullhost — Cloud hosting. Serves this website and stores contact-form submissions and feature-request posts. Location: Ontario, Canada.
- Cloudflare — Content delivery, DNS, TLS, and DDoS/WAF protection. Routes and secures traffic to this website; processes connection metadata such as IP addresses. Also provides Turnstile, the bot check on our forms. Operates a global network.
- Laravel Forge — Server provisioning and management. Used by our team to deploy and manage the web server. Processes server configuration and credentials, with no exposure to visitor data.
Communications
- Resend — Transactional email. Delivers the messages you send us through the contact form, and our replies. Processes recipient email addresses and message content.
Analytics
- Google Analytics — Website analytics. Used on this marketing website only, to understand aggregate traffic. The LineLedger application itself ships no third-party analytics at all — your install does not report to us or to anyone else.
Not sub-processors
- GitHub — the source code, releases, and container image are published there. Downloading LineLedger is a transaction between you and GitHub under their terms; we receive nothing about it beyond public repository counters.
- Frankfurter — the exchange-rate API the application can fetch daily rates from. That call is made by your install, not by us, and sends only currency codes.
